Customer Service Advisor (Portuguese Speaking)

Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (Portuguese Speaking) on behalf of our valued client, based in Maidstone. This Customer Service Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online portals in both English and Portuguese
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear and professional support throughout their journey
• Updating customer records accurately on internal CRM systems
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
• Supporting order processing, general administration, and follow-up communications
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service in line with company standards

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-based role, or transferable experience from retail or hospitality
• Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn within a supportive team environment

Salary & Working Pattern:

• Salary: £24,500 – £27,000 per annum
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Office-based role
• Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK
