£35,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance plus bonus

What will you do as a Sales Manager?

• Strengthen existing relationships with independents, gift shops, garden centres etc
• Drive new business through a well-planned strategy
• Support customers via in store support (POS, VM etc) and reporting
• Make compelling recommendations by understanding customer needs
• Be the face of the brand, with a genuine love for the product

What do you need?

• A love of being face to face with customers, building relationships and owning a territory
• Able to exceed targets and enjoy a fast paced workload
• Good negotiation skills and some commercial acumen
• An exciting and consultative selling style
• A true get up and go mentality
