Job Title: Window & Door Installation Team Leader

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location: Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire CV36.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am – 4:30pm + overtime as and when required.

We are currently looking for someone to become a Window & Door Installation Team Leader.

The role will be to run a team of installers carrying out installations of steel windows, doors, screens, and glazing. This role has the opportunity for further development and progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing steel windows, doors and screens into existing and newly formed openings
• To lead an Installation Team, including managing tools and van. (provided)
• Ensuring products are installed to a high standard.
• Rectifying installation problems should they occur.
• Working to deadlines
• To pass on skills and teach junior members of the team.
• Punctual and reliable

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience of fitting windows doors and glazing
• Competent in all areas of the building trade.
• Organised and have good attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• To motivate their team to complete jobs to the highest standards.
• Driving licence
