Basic Salary: £26,000-£40,000+ (DOE)

OTE: £40,000

Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-5:15pm + every other Saturday 9am -1pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out accurate property valuations for lettings, providing honest, informed advice to customers.
• Advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and how to achieve the best outcome for their property.
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and insights to support your valuations and client guidance.
• Preparing detailed valuation reports and presenting them professionally.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and supporting them throughout the lettings journey.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the business and helping to hit team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Valuer within an estate agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of residential property and local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
