Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will take ownership of core financial processes while also providing commercial insight to support business growth.

Description

• Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Ownership of day-to-day finance operations and bookkeeping activities
• Balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and payment platforms
• Cash flow management and working capital forecasting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyse sales performance, margins, and profitability across channels
• Reconcile revenue streams across ecommerce and payment platforms
• Provide insight to support pricing, promotions, and commercial decisions
• Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, operations and supply chain
• Assist with board reporting, investor requests or fundraising activity (where applicable)

Profile

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role
• Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with accounting software (ideally Xero or similar)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experience within ecommerce, retail, or a high-growth/SME environment
• Experience supporting commercial decision-making and performance analysis
