We are looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 CACHE qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly EYFS setting in Woodford on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting young children’s learning and development in a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment.

About the Role

As an EYFS Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Promote safeguarding and follow nursery policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Level 3 CACHE qualification (or equivalent in Early Years)
  • Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and child development
