Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a long-standing client in the travel and membership sector, who is seeking a Head of Membership to join their team on the outskirts of surrey. This is an exciting time to join a business undergoing significant investment and transformation, with ambitious plans to grow its membership base and modernise its customer and loyalty proposition.

  • Head of Membership
  • Salary - £75,000 - £80,000 DOE

The successful candidate will take ownership of the membership product strategy, including segmentation, pricing, benefits, and loyalty frameworks. You will play a key role in driving acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, IT, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless and commercially effective membership experience.

This is a senior, high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape a core product within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the end-to-end membership product strategy
  • Define membership tiers, pricing, and value propositions
  • Lead segmentation strategy to support acquisition and retention
  • Design and implement loyalty and benefits frameworks
  • Drive membership growth, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Partner with Marketing, IT, and Operations to deliver strategy
  • Analyse performance data, churn, and customer behaviour
  • Identify partnership and third-party growth opportunities
  • Own membership budget and commercial performance

About You:


  • Senior experience in product, proposition, membership, or loyalty roles
  • Must have experience within travel, leisure, tourism, membership, subscription, or B2C loyalty-driven businesses
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, LTV, segmentation)
  • Background in subscription, membership, or loyalty-driven businesses
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision maker
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
