This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support within the Customer Services Department, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as a role model in delivering exceptional customer service, consistently demonstrating positive behaviour and professional engagement with customers.
  • Handle all internal customer calls and inquiries regarding pricing, product issues, delivery times, etc., ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Perform data entry and process orders accurately 
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet the objectives of the Customer Service Department.
  • Manage escalations of complaints and ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain departmental filing and ensure compliance with the company’s health and safety policy.
  • Continuously seek feedback on performance and identify opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience in the housebuilding industry is advantageous.
  • High competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
