As the Site ResponsibleAftersales Manager at West Bromley, you will manage the aftersales operations ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will lead the service, parts, and warranty departments to provide exceptional support and quality service to our customers. As one of the largest Mercedes-Benz workshops in Europe this is a great opportunity for those whom thrive in a top tier environment!

Key Responsibilities for an Aftersales Manager
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of aftersales operations, including service, parts, and warranty departments

  • Develop strategies to enhance team performance, customer satisfaction and achieve business targets

  • Train, mentor, and lead the aftersales team, ensuring high levels of professionalism and motivation

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as required

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability within the aftersales departments

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to maintain competitive advantage

  • Committed to working 45 hrs per week 8am-6pm Monday to Friday
