An outstanding international law firm is seeking a highly organised and commercially astute Legal PA to join its brilliant Corporate team in London.

Supporting an allocation of up to 7 fee earners including Partners, this is a dynamic and varied role, perfectly suited to a proactive professional who thrives on responsibility, anticipates needs, and delivers exceptional support at senior level.

The Role

• Complex diary and inbox management across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Coordinating international travel, meetings, and high-profile client events
• Managing billing, expenses, matter opening and financial administration
• Drafting, formatting and proofreading legal and client documentation
• Providing administrative, research and project support across the Corporate team

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Legal PA/EA within a law firm or professional services environment (ideally 5+ years)
• Confidence supporting Partners and senior stakeholders in a demanding, fast-paced setting
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to first-class client service
