The work

You’ll be advising across a strong pipeline of high-quality transactions, including:

• MBOs / MBIs

You’ll have the autonomy to run your own deals end-to-end, while also collaborating on more complex matters.

• 5–8 years’ PQE in Corporate
• Strong technical experience across a range of transactions
• Confidence running matters independently
