Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 * Location: London

Our client is looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and support sales with targeted marketing activity. This role is fast-paced, outbound-focused, and ideal for someone who loves generating leads and converting them into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact prospective clients across corporate, events, and built-environment sectors.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls and build a strong qualified pipeline.
  • Book and host familiarisation visits to showcase the venue.
  • Manage and track opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Attend industry events to grow the network and pipeline.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and produce sales collateral.
  • Run email outreach and track campaign performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in business development, direct sales, or venue sales.
  • Confident phone manner and strong commercial acumen.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, target-driven attitude.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
