KT & Coe Recruit is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across our operations, systems and supply chain functions.
This is a senior operational role for someone who thrives on structure, continuous improvement and building scalable systems that enable high performance. Working closely with leadership and production teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently today while preparing for tomorrow’s growth.
We’re looking for a commercially minded problem-solver with an engineering or manufacturing background, strong analytical capability and a passion for operational excellence.
As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the systems, planning and supply chain processes that underpin the business. From procurement and supplier management through to ERP optimisation and production planning, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently and strategically.
You’ll lead improvements across workflows, inventory, reporting and operational performance, while working cross-functionally with teams across production, finance, sales and leadership.

Operational Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and scalability
- Translate company objectives into practical operational plans
- Review operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Procurement & Supplier Management - Lead purchasing strategy and supplier relationships
- Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor supplier performance
- Ensure materials are sourced cost-effectively, reliably and to quality standards
Supply Chain & Risk Management - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Build contingency plans and strengthen supplier resilience
- Implement robust supplier performance and continuity processes
ERP & Systems Leadership - Drive effective use and continuous improvement of ERP systems
- Ensure operational data is accurate, visible and actionable
- Support teams in maximising system capability and efficiency
Production Planning & Workflow Optimisation - Align materials, labour and capacity with production demand
- Improve factory workflows, layouts and operational processes
- Eliminate inefficiencies and support scalable operational growth
Inventory & Stock Control - Manage stock strategy and inventory accuracy
- Reduce shortages, excess stock and operational waste
- Implement disciplined inventory management processes
Continuous Improvement & Reporting - Lead operational improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Use data and KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Deliver clear operational reporting to support decision-making
New Product Integration - Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing operations
- Ensure systems, planning and operational readiness are in place ahead of launch
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with production, finance, sales and leadership teams
- Act as a proactive, solutions-focused operational partner across the business
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Operations or a related discipline
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or operational environment
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Experience with ERP systems and operational data management
