The Business

We’re working with a well-established and growing financial services group that supports a network of financial advisers, mortgage brokers and support professionals across the UK. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality support, modern systems and a collaborative environment where individuals are encouraged to develop and progress.

With continued growth, the business is now looking to appoint an Agency Coordinator to support the onboarding of new members and the ongoing operation of the network.

The Role

Working as part of the integration team, you will play a key role in onboarding new members into the business and ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

A large part of the role will involve managing the novation and Letter of Authority process, including liaising with product providers and coordinating with advisers to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.

You will also support wider operational activity, responding to member queries and assisting with day-to-day tasks that ensure the network runs effectively.

This is a position that suits someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accuracy and wants to build a long-term career within financial services.

Desired Experience

  • Experience within financial services administration or operations is preferred
  • Alternatively, experience within a similar administrative or coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage processes accurately
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable liaising with internal teams, advisers and external providers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
