We're The Compleat Food Group - home to brands like Wall's Pastry, Pork Farms, and Wrights. We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Co-Ordinator to lead our chilled food warehouse operations.

About the role

You'll support the Warehouse Supervisor and take the lead when needed, managing a team of 5-15 operatives. Day-to-day you'll oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensure safe MHE use, maintain food safety standards, and drive productivity across ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

What you'll bring

• FLT Licence (essential)
• Warehouse experience (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred)
• Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2
• Leadership or team support experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous chilled or food manufacturing background
