Senior IFA Administrator

£30,000 to £32,000

An established, fast growing FinTech business within financial planning is looking to appoint an experienced Senior IFA Administrator.

This is a fully remote role with no requirement to attend an office. The business is built around technology, efficiency and modern ways of working, while still maintaining a positive team culture through optional meet-ups during the year.

This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator who is confident, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their work. As the company continues to grow, there is also potential for the role to develop into a leadership position for the right person.

The role will involve:

Providing high quality administration support across the financial planning process

Supporting advisers and clients with new business, servicing and ongoing administration

Preparing and processing client documentation

Liaising with providers, advisers and internal teams

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring work is completed to a high standard

Using technology and systems to help deliver an efficient client experience

You will need:

Experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment

Strong administration skills and attention to detail

Confidence working independently in a remote role

A proactive, positive and organised approach

Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships remotely

A desire to be part of a growing, forward-thinking business
