We’re working with a leading luxury retail brand to hire a Retail Communications Coordinator to support brand image, communications, and operational delivery across retail teams.


Key Requirements (Essential):

  • Proven retail communications experience (essential)
  • Background within a luxury or premium retail environment (preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong experience creating presentations, imagery decks, and branded communications
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Producing engaging visual presentations and brand communications
  • Supporting internal retail communications across multiple teams
  • Coordinating projects, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Working closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders
  • Supporting campaign launches and seasonal retail updates
  • Assisting with operational coordination and logistics
  • Ensuring consistency across brand image and visual standards


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in retail, luxury, or DTC environments
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
