Got Teams Telephony in your DNA? We need an experienced administrator to hit the ground running on a fast-paced rollout.

What you'll be doing:

Own the configuration, deployment and day-to-day management of a Teams Telephony environment — Direct Routing, Calling Plans, voice policies, call queues, auto attendants, the works. You'll troubleshoot issues, keep call quality high, and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to get things right.

You'll need:

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony (Direct Routing, SIP, SBC, PSTN)

Confidence in the Teams Admin Centre and Microsoft 365

PowerShell scripting ability

Strong comms and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have: MS-700 or Teams Voice Engineer Associate certification.
