I am looking for an experienced in-house talent leader to lead a high-performing recruitment and onboarding function within a fast-paced organisation. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment delivery across high-volume, corporate, and senior-level hiring, including executive appointments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior leaders on recruitment strategy and workforce planning
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Leading and developing Recruitment Business Partners
  • Delivering attraction strategies through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs, reporting, and process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and inclusive hiring practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' in-house Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proven leadership within high-volume recruitment environments
  • Experience hiring across corporate and senior-level roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
  • Skilled in ATS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and Excel reporting
  • Knowledge of employment law and inclusive hiring practices
