We’re recruiting compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join a specialist care home supporting veterans and their partners. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a supportive, values-led environment.

You’ll play a vital role in helping residents live as independently and comfortably as possible, providing person-centred care and supporting daily routines in a respectful and dignified way.

Key responsibilities:

• Support residents with personal care, mobility, meals and daily activities
• Promote independence, choice and wellbeing
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement
• Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing
• Work collaboratively as part of a caring, professional team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in care (or a genuine passion to start a career in care)
• A warm, compassionate and resident-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
