We are now hiring a Financial Services Recruitment Manager (International Market) to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a growing global desk, supporting international clients while shaping and scaling a specialist FS market.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing a team within the international financial services market.
Partnering with clients across key global markets, including Europe and the Middle East.
Overseeing delivery across front, middle, and back-office FS roles.
Supporting consultants in delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
Driving business development and expanding international client relationships.
Building and strengthening a global candidate network.
Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends and market conditions.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in recruitment with exposure to Financial Services Previous mentoring or leadership experience.
Strong interest in international markets.
Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to growth.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
