We're working with a growing and performance-driven business looking to bring in a Paid Social Specialist to help scale and optimise paid social activity across multiple channels.

THE PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST ROLE:

You'll take ownership of paid social campaigns across key platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest and emerging channels, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.

The role will involve developing full-funnel paid social strategies, managing budgets, optimising campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities through testing and audience development.

You'll work closely with creative and content teams to help shape ad creative, improve messaging, and continuously enhance campaign performance through data-led insights and experimentation.

Alongside campaign management, you'll also be responsible for reporting on performance, presenting actionable insights, and helping influence wider marketing decisions through a strong analytical approach.


PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST - ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 2+ years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok or Pinterest
  • Strong understanding of targeting, bidding and attribution
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimise campaign performance
  • Confident analysing performance data and reporting on insights
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience working closely with creative/content teams


DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE


  • GA4 and conversion tracking
  • Funnel experience
  • B2B, lead generation or eCommerce experience
  • CRO and creative testing frameworks
  • Managing multiple stakeholders or large budgets
