Location: Derby

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 basic (including car allowance) + financial guarantees to £41,000 (first 6 months)

OTE: £75,000 – £95,000 | high earnings

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a high-performing environment with all leads provided daily and a strong pipeline of business. The role offers genuine high earnings potential, with realistic earnings of £75,000 – £95,000 and top performers exceeding £200,000.

The Derby property market is extremely active, with over 240 properties sold locally, many at full asking price, and mortgage values up to £850,000, creating strong case sizes and excellent earning potential.

The Role:

• Working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker within a busy estate agency branch
• Receiving high-quality mortgage leads on a daily basis
• Accessing a large existing client database for remortgage opportunities
• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Building long-term relationships with clients and introducers
• Writing consistent mortgage business in a high-volume environment

This role provides a structured platform to achieve high earnings with strong support and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in a target-driven role
• Full UK driving licence
