Butler Rose is recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing organisation based in Plymouth. This is an exciting role where you will make a valued contribution towards the wider business.

Reporting into the Finance Director, key duties will include

• Produce monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and variance analysis
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Manage and monitor key financial performance metrics, including revenue, margins, operational expenditure, and overhead costs
• Work closely with non-finance departments to provide financial insight, challenge performance, and support decision-making
• Deliver regular performance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiency initiatives
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requirements as required
• Contribute to company projects from a financial control perspective
• Competently use Excel on a daily basis

The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or qualified by experience. You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders.
