We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global manufacturer within the healthcare sector. We are seeking a Production Operative to join a busy and fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Upholster and assemble a range of seating products and accessories to a high standard (full training provided).
• Follow health & safety guidelines and maintain excellent working practices.
• Carry out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Be flexible to support occasional overtime requirements.

• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
