As an Call Centre and Admin Assistant at Specsavers you willl work alongside our current call centre team. You'll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

What we're looking for? 

If this is something you're interested in, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an NHS Admin Assistant.These include: 

• Previous experience in an NHS administrative role preferred 
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and professional written communication (emails, letters, reports)
• Confident verbal communication with colleagues and customers
• Good telephone manner
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Strong customer-service mindset
