SEND Teacher (QTS) – Full Time position

Zest Education is proud to be supporting a specialist SEND school in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, catering for pupils aged 7–16 with ASD and SEMH needs. The school is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team on a full-time contract.

The Role

  • Full-time SEND Teacher working with pupils aged 7–16
  • Suitable for primary or secondary trained teachers
  • Teach small groups with tailored, differentiated learning
  • Work closely with therapists, support staff, and the wider SEND team
  • Contribute to personalised learning plans and holistic development

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience with ASD, SEMH, or SEND settings is beneficial but not essential
  • A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for inclusive education
  • Someone who thrives in a supportive, community-focused school

Salary

  • Outer London Main Pay Scale (M1–M6), dependent on experience
