Technical Sales Administrator 25k-27k

Our client who has been established over 25 years is looking to add to their small Technical Sales Support team as one of the current team has been promoted!

This is one of my favourite clients to recruit for as they have a strong history in staff retention and always look to promote & develop their staff.

The main focus of the role is to deal with inbound technical customer enquires/ sales calls and undertake sales administration tasks whilst providing an exemplary high level of customer service.  Reporting to the Technical Sales Team Leader the role will involve:

• Ensuring all customer calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner to provide a high level of customer service
• Accurately processing sales orders
• Liaising with customers, warehouse, despatch couriers to progress orders and deliveries
• Proactively upselling orders where possible
• Providing quotations to customers
• Dealing with straight forward technical queries
• Following up the debits, arranging collections and gathering information where necessary

My client is looking for a customer focussed individual who ideally has worked in a similar sales support role previously however they have told me that they would also be interested in recently graduated students looking to get into their first full time role.
