Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for an experienced Senior International Sales Administrator within the sustainable manufacturing and environmental solutions sector, supporting innovative products used in forestry and landscaping to reduce environmental impact.

You will be responsible for managing UK and international sales administration, ensuring accurate order processing, efficient logistics coordination, and high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities as the Senior International Sales Administrator

• Process UK and international sales and purchase orders accurately
• Confirm order details including pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production teams to manage demand and lead times
• Arrange shipping and liaise with freight forwarders
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Prepare export/import documentation and ensure customs compliance
• Provide proactive customer communication and updates
• Support sales team with quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Handle general office and customer enquiries

About You

• 5+ years’ sales administration or account management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in export/import or logistics (desirable)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver with a commercial mindset
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
