We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our clients Supported Living and Domiciliary Care Services based in Weymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven background in adult social care, CQC compliance, safeguarding, and staff management. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and organisational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage domiciliary and supported living services
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
• Manage, support, and develop care teams
• Oversee care planning, medication management, audits, and quality assurance
• Maintain excellent standards of person-centred care and service delivery
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, and external professionals

Requirements:

• Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Leadership (or equivalent)
• Previous experience managing a CQC registered care service
• Strong leadership, compliance, and staff management experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexible approach with participation in on-call duties
