Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and financial regulations.
• Respond professionally to supplier and stakeholder queries.
• Support colleagues across sub-teams and share knowledge where needed.
• Assist with process improvements and implement practical solutions.
• Take corrective action when errors are identified.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years experience in accounts payable or invoice processing within a finance environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including reconciliations, pivot tables, and filters.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP (ECC6/S4), VIM, or ERP system experience is desirable.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of invoices accurately.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to support different teams as business needs change.
• A proactive approach to process improvement.
