A growing Media & Entertainment group is looking for a newly qualified Management Accountant to join its central finance team in London.

Operating across production, distribution, retail and rights-led entertainment businesses, the group offers a broad and varied environment with exposure across multiple entities, stakeholder-facing finance and wider commercial activity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step beyond pure month-end accounting into a more rounded finance role within a creative and fast-moving business.

The Role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple group entities
• Supporting board packs, reporting and wider group finance activity
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Partnering with operational stakeholders across different business units
• Supporting finance processes across stock, retail and inventory-led areas of the business
• Exposure to commercially focused finance and business partnering activity
• Assisting with audit and year-end processes
• Opportunity to get involved in projects linked to growth and acquisitions

About You

• Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or finalist close to qualification)
• Strong management accounting background
• Experience within Media, Entertainment, Retail, Consumer or multi-entity businesses advantageous
• Exposure to stock or inventory accounting beneficial
• Confident communicator comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
• Strong Excel skills and a hands-on approach
• Commercially aware, adaptable and keen to grow within a collaborative finance team
