We’re recruiting a CRM Officer to join a respected membership organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role focused on CRM management, data integrity, user support and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and triage a CRM ticketing system
Maintain data quality through cleansing and de-duplication
Liaise with external technical suppliers
Deliver CRM training to staff
Create reports, dashboards and insights
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation
Support GDPR-aligned CRM governance
About You
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
Advanced Excel
Understanding of GDPR
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
