Role Overview

Datalaw is seeking a confident and proactive National Employer Partnerships Manager to strengthen our relationships with employers across the legal and professional services sectors.

In this role, you will engage levy-paying employers, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and support them in understanding how apprenticeships can enhance their workforce development. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities, shaping tailored apprenticeship solutions, and supporting the growth of employer cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage levy-paying employers within the legal, marketing, and professional services sectors
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, including Partners, Directors, and HR/L&D teams
  • Arrange and lead high-quality conversations to introduce Datalaw’s apprenticeship programmes
  • Help employers understand how apprenticeships can support skills development and long-term workforce planning
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to support repeat engagement and cohort growth
  • Understand employer challenges and match them with appropriate apprenticeship solutions
  • Support the smooth onboarding and launch of new apprenticeship cohorts

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, employer engagement, or B2B sales
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in professional environments
  • Experience within apprenticeships or education is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, target-driven role
  • Good CRM skills and the ability to manage a structured pipeline
