Requirements for the Role

• Identify potential customers and leads
• Organising and attending valuations
• Assist the buyers with finding the right property’s and arrange and conduct effective accompanied viewings.
• Negotiating terms and Co-ordinating sales to completion
• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents throughout the process.
• Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up documentation.
• Completing all necessary paperwork to finalise deals
• Working to financial, individual and team targets to Increase the company turnover
• Maintaining applicant database
• Developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues

successful in this position you will be

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• A Hungry, driven negotiator who is prepared to put in hard work to develop within the industry.
• Competitive individual who is confident and driven
• An individual to compliment a hard-working sales team
• Full clean driving license.
