Legal Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a Legal Assistant who thrives on organization, loves a challenge, and knows how to keep things running like clockwork. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced fee earners, preparing critical documents, managing case files, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing quotes and initial paperwork
• Processing documents, and updating systems to ensure files are accurate and complete
• Typing and preparing correspondence, documents and forms
• Liaising with third parties either by phone, email or written correspondence
• Keeping clients updated by phone and/or email
• Managing case files with precision and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Previous legal experience or qualification
