Facilities Maintenance Technician required for our client based in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury. 

This role is a hands-on position for a suitable candidate to carry out maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical works, fabric repairs, painting, decorating & much more. 

You will therefore need qualifications or proven experience within a trade background along with a full UK Driving Licence 

This role is to start on a temporary basis which will be reviewed. 

Hours: 8am until 5pm however you must be flexible to work different shifts as/when required or over the weekend 

Salary: £16.83 per hour to £17.31 per hour,  holiday pay accrued, PAYE Contract 

Duties of Facilities Maintenance Technician : 

• Carry out planned or reactive maintenance across the sites - electrical, plumbing, mechanical as well as fabric update and painting/decorating 
• Building issues such as lighting, power, water or general repairs
• Monitoring basic maintenance systems
• Complete safety checks, fire alarm testing 
• Co-ordinating contractors on-site 
• Support with office moves, projects
• General site maintenance 

Skills/Experience Required:  

• Understanding of Health & Safety - certification desirable 
• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2 in Building Maintenance, Engineering, Plumbing, Decorating etc. 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Previous experience in a Facilities/Maintenance Role
