About the role:

• Working closely with assigned local branches regarding customers in their areas
• Working together as a team to achieve set KPIs
• Dealing with a variety of customer/local branch queries via email, telephone and post
• Building relationships with customers and liaising with them regarding payments
• Reviewing and applying customer credit limits

About you:

• Bright, aware and enthusiastic
• Numerate, imaginative and computer literate
• Experience within a finance office would be beneficial, but training will be provided
• Enjoy being part of a lively and fun environment
