  • Building and leading long-term merchandising strategy across all product categories
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with brand direction
  • Shaping collections by defining range structure, depth and product balance
  • Leading demand forecasting, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risk
  • Owning the Open-to-Buy process and managing financial planning alongside finance teams
  • Using trading performance and customer insight to refine and strengthen product ranges
  • Delivering weekly trade packs with clear actions on performance, availability and risk
  • Leading trading meetings, ensuring focus on key priorities and actionable outcomes
  • Implementing tools and processes to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
  • Ensuring product decisions support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives
  • Collaborating with marketing to align launches with stock availability and campaign priorities
  • Setting the direction for the merchandising team, enabling effective execution of day-to-day operations
