The Role
  • Lead, motivate and develop a successful residential sales team
  • Drive instructions, offers and completions across the Greenwich market
  • Build and manage strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors and developers
  • Handle negotiations professionally and see deals through from launch to completion
  • Maintain exceptional market knowledge and competitor awareness
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering consistently high service standards
The Person
  • Proven experience in residential sales
  • Strong sales numbers and deal-closing ability
  • Natural leader with coaching and mentoring experience
  • Commercial, confident and highly client-focused
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Package
  • Basic salary up to £40,000
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • £110,000 OTE
