The Role
Lead, motivate and develop a successful residential sales team
Drive instructions, offers and completions across the Greenwich market
Build and manage strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors and developers
Handle negotiations professionally and see deals through from launch to completion
Maintain exceptional market knowledge and competitor awareness
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering consistently high service standards
The Person
Proven experience in residential sales
Strong sales numbers and deal-closing ability
Natural leader with coaching and mentoring experience
Commercial, confident and highly client-focused
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Package
Basic salary up to £40,000
£5,000 car allowance
£110,000 OTE
