Learning Coach (Vocational and SIA Trainer) x 2

Our client, a prominent organisation in the education sector, is seeking a dedicated Learning Coach (Vocational and SIA Trainer) to join their team working across various sites in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a caseload of learners and carry out regular learner interventions.
  • Ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding, and Ofsted is captured effectively and timely.
  • Engage learners and key stakeholders, providing support, guidance, and learning opportunities.
  • Plan the assessment process with learners and stakeholders, ensuring preparation and practice are included in the learning plan.
  • Inspire and motivate learners, identifying and adapting to any barriers.
  • Motivate and drive learners to achieve their qualifications on time.
  • Embed Maths, English, and Digital Skills within the learning plan.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with stakeholders to ensure progression and generate new leads.
Job Requirements:
  • Relevant occupational sector experience and qualifications.
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
  • Level 3 Award in delivery of Conflict Management.
  • Level 3 Award in delivery of Physical Intervention.
  • Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work.
  • At least 2 years of front-line security experience within the last 5 years in the UK.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of coaching to support learning.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively.
