MedicsPro is looking for a driven and commercially focused Internal Recruitment Manager to help grow our sales and recruitment teams during an exciting phase of expansion.

This role is focused on identifying and attracting high performing recruitment and sales professionals who can contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.

We are looking for someone who understands recruitment agency environments, enjoys speaking with people, can spot talent quickly and knows how to build strong candidate pipelines.

You will play a key role in helping MedicsPro hire experienced recruiters and sales professionals across temporary, locum and permanent healthcare divisions.

The Role

You will take ownership of internal hiring activity across the business, helping to attract and secure strong commercial talent through direct sourcing, advertising, networking and candidate engagement.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone confident managing multiple vacancies, building relationships and working closely with management teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract experienced recruitment and sales professionals
  • Build pipelines of suitable candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Advertise vacancies across Reed, LinkedIn, CV-Library and other platforms
  • Headhunt candidates directly through LinkedIn and networking activity
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Track recruitment activity and hiring progress
  • Support the growth plans of the business through proactive hiring strategies
  • Help strengthen MedicsPro’s employer brand and candidate attraction

About You

  • Minimum 3-5 years recruitment experience
  • Previous agency recruitment experience essential
  • Strong understanding of sales and recruitment environments
  • Confident speaking with candidates and building relationships
  • Proactive and organised approach to recruitment
  • Comfortable working within fast-paced and target-driven environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Healthcare recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential
