Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with company values and growth objectives.
Provide coaching and guidance on people management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
Support managers in identifying performance gaps and development opportunities within their teams.
Design and deliver training programs in partnership with the learning and development team.
Ensure compliance with relevant people-focused laws and regulations.
Assist with incentive planning, remuneration benchmarking, and job gradings.
Partner with the talent acquisition team on recruitment strategies and campaigns.

Proven experience as a People Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of HR compliance within the insurance or financial services sectors.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
