are working closely with a welcoming and supportive partner secondary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a dedicated Behaviour & Inclusion Mentor for a September 2026 start.

The school has an excellent reputation for student support and wellbeing, with a collaborative staff team and experienced pastoral department.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural, emotional, or social support, helping them to remain engaged in education and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.

The role:
  • Full-time Behaviour & Inclusion Mentor position
  • September 2026 start
  • Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
  • Working closely with the pastoral and SEN teams
  • Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
  • Promoting positive behaviour, attendance, and engagement
  • Term-time only role with potential for permanent opportunities
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience working with young people in education, youth work, care, or mentoring settings
  • Be calm, resilient, and confident managing challenging behaviour
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be passionate about supporting vulnerable students
  • Be committed to promoting inclusion and positive outcomes for all learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
