With a strong operational structure, ambitious growth plans and a genuine investment in their people, they are now looking to hire two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding team in Bradford.

This opportunity would suit recruiters from any fast paced temp recruitment background. Sector experience is far less important than attitude, resilience, adaptability and a genuine desire to succeed within a busy service-led environment.
The Role:
• Managing and developing temporary recruitment desks across allocated territories
• Full 360 recruitment role including candidate management, client servicing and business development
• Building long-term client relationships through high service levels
• Managing high-volume temporary staffing requirements
• Candidate sourcing, interviewing, compliance and bookings management
• Out-of-hours on-call support on a rota basis (1 in every 4 weeks)
• Working closely with an internal Business Development specialist who supports new client generation
About You:
• Previous experience within recruitment is essential
• Temps recruitment experience highly desirable
• Must be resilient, adaptable and commercially driven
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced operational environment
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence required due to office location and territory coverage
What’s On Offer:
• Basic salary circa £35k+ depending on experience

200 shifts filled in a week could generate approximately £800 commission for that week alone.
