As Financial Accountant you’ll be working directly for a high-calibre Finance Director known for developing and mentoring newly qualified accountants into future leaders and will be an ideal step for a newly qualified ACA / ACCA looking to broaden their experience beyond practice.

Key responsibilities for the Financial Accountant

• Preparation of statutory accounts and supporting audits
• Month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Business partnering with wider teams to provide financial insight
• Continuous improvement of processes and systems

As Financial Accountant you will be

• Newly qualified ACA / ACCA (or due to qualify imminently)
• Currently in Practice and ready to make your first move into industry
• Strong technical grounding with a proactive, inquisitive mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
• Ambitious, with a genuine desire to learn and progress
