We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics company for a Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse operations and logistics administration who is looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of Quality, Health & Safety, and professionalism at all times
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Prepare manual and scanned packing lists
  • Process and prepare orders for dispatch accurately
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ensure all orders are processed and booked correctly
  • Manage customer-specific requirements and maintain strong communication
  • Produce and send packing lists and update systems (iMove where applicable)
  • Arrange deliveries and manage storage accounts
  • Generate monthly invoices for storage customers
  • Track stock locations and liaise with Warehouse Assistants
  • Support and manage key customer accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations
  • Good understanding of logistics processes and procedures
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
