The Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Speaking with candidates and clients daily

• Building relationships with healthcare professionals

• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

• Negotiating rates and arranging placements

• Developing new business opportunities

• Working towards targets and commission earnings

Full training will be provided.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential.

Sales, hospitality, telesales, customer service or other phone based experience would be advantageous.
