The Role Provide careers guidance and support to students Assist pupils with college, university, and apprenticeship applications Deliver careers workshops, advice sessions, and employability support Work closely with staff, parents, and external organisations Help students build confidence and prepare for their future careers Requirements Previous experience in careers advice, education, or guidance roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and support young people Knowledge of career pathways, apprenticeships, and further education options What Aspire People Offer Competitive rates of pay Dedicated support from an experienced consultant Opportunities for long-term and permanent roles Access to a variety of school opportunities across the area
