Job title: Property Manager

Salary: £26,000 -£28,000

Location: Chelmsford

Working Pattern: Hybrid

My client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is a role which will offer progression so looking for someone who is keen to build a long-standing career. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Project Manager and/or lettings.

Duties:

• Receiving maintenance-based queries either by telephone or email from private tenants
• Consulting with landlords and providing regular updates on the progress of maintenance works
• Reporting issues to approved contractors
• Maintaining accurate records within our internal database
• Coordinating relevant property compliance and safety checks
• Monitoring and following up on compliance documentation
